If you've ever been a part of the Match.com circus and you're a guy then you've probably gotten a lot of email from scammer, spammer and general "right old slapper" types saying something like:
[This is what one gal wrote .....]

My Reply ......
No, no, I really feel we should communicate using the match.com email system until I know you are legit (not some dodgy scammer from the Ukraine). I think I may love you and want to have your babies but let's just see how things go first, ok. Can you meet me on the corner of 2nd and Lubb street at 9pm tonight? I will be the bloke in the skimpy little dress and heels, don't worry as you will easily recognize me by my full beard and Cabbage -tree hat. I'm also take a fancy to sporting a red Burka these days so I should be pretty easy to spot.
Cheers
Bob

It happened suddenly that I saw your profile and I couldnt stand from writing
to you. I will be very happy to get to know you better.
Life is a very complicated thing. And you never know what will happen one day.
People could meet and understand they were meant for each other. And they could
live a happy life together for the rest of the life. Or they could be
lonely for long time and be afraid to have new relations. So I dont want to
miss a chance of my life and find a person I could live with and have strong
and happy family with.
I would really like to know more about you. Hope you too. So, please, ask me any
questions you have and I will gladly answer them. As soon as I get your
reply, I will tell you more about myself, my life, my interests.
Have a nice day!
I am waiting impatiently for your reply.
Actually I live in Ru_s_s_ia. I was mistaken when filled a profile.

I will never again use an online dating website. I tried Match for a few months and ended up meeting a guy I dated for a 2 months. The relationship ended when I discovered he had been stealing cash and using my credit card. I contacted Match only to find out that their isn't much they can do as long as he isn't abusing their website itself. As of today he has an active profile: xonis101.
Here is my story:
I have absolutely no doubts this man is a con artist!
He stole cash from my wallet several times and used my credit card without my knowledge. I could only finally identify him as the thief when he used my credit card when the 2 of us were out for dinner (yes, very outrageous!). He acted like he paid with his card and then proceeded to get gas in his car while I was with him (I think he was testing to see if I would notice the odd charges on my account). When I noticed the charges on my bank account I asked him if he had a receipt from his card. He said yes and that he would send it to me. Needless to say I never got a copy of the receipt from him, but I did from the restaurant. It was on my card, with our meal, and not signed by me. He either stole my credit card or some how copied it.
A police report has been filed and his name has been reported to the bank in which the card was issued. I believe I was very lucky to catch him so quickly, but other women should be aware of him. The police looked for him in their system, but he doesn't seem to exist, which means Maurice Fulton must be an alias. His profile is still up on Match.com and I'm sure he has moved onto his next victim. I'm very happy that I caught him when I did!
Anyone using Match please watch out for this guy! Here is his information:
Maurice Fulton (most likely an alias)
4614 Keystone Ave Chicago, IL
mauricechronok@gmail.com
773 220-6722
DOB 3/20/80
originally from Manchester, England
British accent

I too dated a Maurice Fulton. He stole my check for my bills. I got the bank copy and he forged it. It could only be him since he offered to mail it for me. There was other money missing and a credit card gone but I canceled it before he could use it.
He said he was from England but then let it slip out that he was always from Chicago. (Then tried to take that back.) He was constantly caught in his lies while we were together.
I did a search on Facebook and even though there are many Maurice Fulton, there is one that says, Chicago and hometown, England. There is a baby in the picture!!!!
Be aware. He is a thief and a con artist and not to be trusted. With the extravagant lies, I would think he could be dangerous, too.

Wow, I have already file a lawsuit against this type of abuse. The fact you want to continue to spread this lies is proof that I made the rohjt choice and in leaving you alone. You will be hearing from my lawyer again.

I went out with Maurice Fulton, also. He is a con artist. He stole a check for my bills and forged it. When I got the copy of the check from the bank, he could be the only one who could've stolen it since he said he would mail it for me.
He told me that he was born in England but he later told me about Chicago. He was not born in England nor do I believe his accent, since he has lived in Chicago his entire life.
I recently found him on Facebook and there seems to be a Maurice Fulton that lives in Chicago, grew up in England and has a baby!!!
Watch out people. Beware!
