Quickfit / Quick fit fitness Studio you are officially on my shit list. On Tue Jan 24th an agent of yours was seen flyering cars in the Ideal Market / Vics Parking lot on Broadway. Ok, so you gotta get your message out somehow and even though I'm sure this is illegal as technically the parking lots in question are private property I am somewhat sympathetic to your cause. 

But when I read the glossy full color flyer I was flabbergasted !! The leaflet proclaimed that they can help me loose 1-4 inches in less than an hour - sweet Jesus, what a crock of utter shite!!

The pre-run pumpkin carving party is always lots of fun. It's where participants get to fill up on a little liquid courage and carve the only thing they will be wearing as they run down the Pearl St. Mall. This year I got to pull out the old mic and interview some pumpkin heads. A star studded cast included Jesus, Borat, a priest and a police officer. Warning this video contains adult British humor!

Just got home for the 2008 Boulder Naked Pumpkin Run. We shot some great interviews and the run as usual was excellent with many more revelers lining the mall to view the naked spectacle than last year.
