I came home the other day to find a brightly colored yellow flyer taped to my front door. When you see such a thing the first thought that pops into your head is that perhaps it's some kind of public service announcement "Gas leak, do not enter" or "Will be turning off the water at such and such a time - be advised ..." But on this occasion is was none of the above - it turned out to be a shameless promotion for "Hazardous Tree Removals and Stump Grinding"!

My old pal Brook Stableford has started a new business, EnviroMow, an environmentally friendly, green (excuse the pun) lawn cutting service here in Boulder, Colorado. He'll cart over a push mower on the back of his bike trailer and cut most lawns for $20. So give his eco lawn cutting service / Boulder lawn care service a try. I think it's a great idea and what better way to help out the old planet and at the same time stop our dependance on foreign oil!

Morning

Start the morning off on a good note by taking a little stroll down the Boulder Bike pate. A good place to join the bike path is at the Boulder Public Library at Canyon Blvd. Food: Breakfast, yum. Get your hungry self on over to Q\'s located inside the historic Hotel Boulderado. For those on a budget check out Dots diner @ 1333 Broadway (on the Hill) and 2716 28th street. After breakfast head on over to the Peal St. Mall.
