I stumbled upon a website called Animoto. Upload 10 photos or more, add a sound track they provide and hit the magic button and out pops a MTV style remixed video of your photos. The kool thing is that no two videos will be the same and if you don't like the mix they create the first time around then you have the option to remix it again and get different effects. This is gonna be hot peeps!
Smoking Gub is a Political News Magazine produced and hosted by Rob Smoke. This is the first 28 minute (pilot) show produced in May 2006. My company, Jacana Productions, did the editing/Post Production work. Click the play button located at the bottom left of the black box below to watch the video.
Here are some notes on how to make scrolling chunks of text. The bad news it that if you have a big chunk of text (not just a collection of simple one line credits) in a the form of a paragraph that needs to be scrolled from the bottom to the top of the screen FCP will shite the bed.
